Route Description
Kopra Ridge Trek in Nepal pursues a similar trail to Ghorepani, yet then dunks down into the valley before moving back up again to an edge (Khopra Danda) north of Poon Hill. This takes about multi day except if you need to split it up into two days and remain at a teahouse in the town Swanta. On the edge, you’ll locate a solitary teahouse kept running by a guardian that surfaces every day from the towns beneath.
The perspectives were wonderful, both at dusk and dawn, when the valley loaded up with mists underneath us with Dhaulagiri transcending clear above. In the nights, nearby yak groups are conveyed to medium-term and brush on the slants just beneath us.
From Khopra Danda, it takes multi day to reach Tatopani where you can get a transport back to Pokhara (you’ll need to switch in a close-by town in transit). As you plunge down into the valley, you’ll go through towns and patios and can stop for lunch or even spend an additional night in one of the town teahouses. At Tatopani, you’ll locate a developed hot spring open to general society.
